What we offer to the public:

At our venue, you are welcome to come and view our regular sport operations every Saturday morning. You will enjoy our friendly atmosphere, as well as the cuisine and refreshments at the Airborne Café. Or you may decide to just take a break any day of the week between 08h00 and 17h00 and visit us for a coffee or a meal. Yes, the Airborne Café is open 7 days per week, 8 to5 except on Sundays, when it’s 8-2.

We offer three methods to experience the thrill of skydiving, viz  Introductory Tandem jumping,  the Static Line Progression Program  and   Demonstration jumps.

In a Tandem jump, you receive a few minutes ground training and are strapped into a harness with a Tandem instructor who will jump out of an aicraft from a few kilometres above ground. After a freefall of up to 30 seconds, the instructor will deploy the parachute and you will fly down the last kilometre-and-a-half or so with him (still safely strapped in)  to do a soft landing next to a clubhouse. To help make it unforgettable, we have a de luxe option where the whole experience imay is filmed and photographed by n expert skydiving cameraman who will be going with on the jump, and presented on a flashdrive to you as a superbly edited video together with all the raw video footage and photographs.

In the Static Line progression programme, you attend a course which usually starts on a Friday evening, resumes and finishes on Saturday morning and then jump out of the aircraft on your own from approximately one kilometre above ground. This is done under supervision and with the assistance of a qualified jumpmaster. A static line connected to the aircraft will deploy your parachute, which you will fly down to a soft landing at the designated landing zone. You then do further jumps with full training and supervision and progress to freefall (where you are not connected to the aircraft and have to deploy the parachute yourself) and onwards, with all equipment provided by us.

Demonstration jumps are done by expert skydivers at e.g. rugby or cricket games, schools, churches and other venues. We can give a quotation for such a jump at any venue where there is a suitable landing area of 50x50 metres or more. Arrangements have to be made at least one week prior to such a jump to allow for the necessary permissions and permits. We can also provide a few ideas to help recover the cost of such a demo.

All our operations are done in accordance with regulations laid down by the authorities concerned and we never compromise the safety of our jumpers.
